While Canterbury English first and foremost provides people with TESL certification and jobs within the ESL market, another important aspect of the Canterbury adventure is experiencing daily Spanish life and the country’s exuberant culture. To help new members of Canterbury English get started with these experience, The Canterbury Club organizes one or two social events each month.
Not only do Canterbury English TESL students attend these events, but teachers and all staff members are more than welcome to join in the intimate atmosphere that The Canterbury Club helps to create and maintain. The Canterbury Club also produces a monthly newsletter in which one student and teacher are highlighted for their outstanding performance, and in which possible topics of conversation of the month’s event(s) are recommended.
So come join the Canterbury English family and the Canterbury Club! Not only will you get to participate in events such as Mountain Trekking and the Real Madrid Soccer Party, but you will meet new people, feel like part of a family and form relationships that last for years beyond the TESL course.
